Hello, I’m Darryl Dyers, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to our vibrant sports company. With a lifelong passion for sports and a dedication to youth development, I’ve spent my career nurturing talent and creating innovative programs that drive excellence.

From my early days as a head of sports at various schools to my previous role as General Manager at Sports Company, my journey has been fueled by a love for sports and a commitment to education. Now, as the founder of Kairos Coaching, I continue to focus on the positive impact sports can have on individuals and communities. Whether it’s on the field, in the gym, or through our educational programs, we are dedicated to making a difference.

I believe that sports are more than just games. They are powerful tools for teaching valuable life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Our company is built on these principles, and we are committed to helping every athlete and sports enthusiast we work with to reach their full potential.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to hold key roles in various educational and sports institutions. As the founder of Kairos Coaching and the former General Manager at a sports company, I have:

Implemented innovative IT, social media, and training systems.
Managed extracurricular activities and sports programs for students from grades 1 to 12.
Taught physical education, managed teachers and coaches, and organized events.
Been a Head of Sport at three different schools
Developed and led youth programs focusing on sports and personal development.

These experiences have allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of sports management and coaching, and I’m excited to bring this expertise to our organization.
